Who We Are

PK Properties are celebrating 25+ years of practising estate agency and having been established since 1990, are one of Harrow’s longest serving Estate agents.
 
In 1990, PK Properties opened the doors of their Estate Agency in Rayners Lane specialising in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings & Property Management, creating a company that prides itself on its personable approach, local knowledge & expertise.
 
From the very beginning, our commitment to go that extra mile for all clients and customers has enabled us to maintain our presence in what is a highly competitive industry. Along the journey we have forged long term customer relationships and have consistently grown to provide a better quality service, whilst maintaining that flexibility that a focused independent company can offer.

With many of the team having spent their lifetimes in the area, local knowledge and reputation goes a long way to establishing our expertise, but at PK Properties our greatest strength is our rapport with landlords, buyers and sellers who start off as clients and frequently become friends.
