Kilburn Area Guide
Kilburn is bordered by Maida Vale in the South, Cricklewood in the North, West Hampstead in the east, and Queen's Park, Kensal Rise and Brondesbury towards the west. It has excellent transport links, for tube, trains and buses. Kilburn has plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and cafes and there really is something for everyone.
As for the shops that make up the area, there is a variety including bargain pound shops an excellent fishmongers, eateries, a regular market, street traders and then the bigger stores like M&S, Sainsburys and Primark. Kilburn and Kilburn Park tubes both run into Central London every few minutes. Brondesbury and Kilburn Park trains run every fifteen minutes across London and are usually quite reliable. Richmond upon Thames is only 20 minutes away.
The rental market in Kilburn is promising mostly due to its close proximity to the regions of Central London via public transport, which makes it a popular area amongst commuters.
